Insoftex is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a 3D Web Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing immersive 3D components for an innovative product, designed to streamline the journey from vision to reality for developers and builders within master-planned communities.

Our client, a startup development company in the USA, aspires to create a transformative product that revolutionizes customer acquisition through innovative technology. This product will seamlessly connect developers and builders, streamlining the journey from vision to vibrant reality within the A.E.C. (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) domain.

The project will be for an American client. The project is a marketplace platform for renting out parts of premises for offline exhibitions. We are planning on 3 websites: a marketing website, the marketplace itself, and an admin website. A mobile app is also planned.

As a 3D Web Developer, you’ll have the responsibilities:

• • Design and implement high-performance 3D components for web projects utilizing Nvidia Omniverse.

• • Efficiently work with 3D models in various formats (USD, MDL, GLTF, FBX, OBJ) for optimal integration within Omniverse.

• • Craft realistic 3D tour, materials and lighting systems to enhance the visual fidelity of 3D scenes.

• • Develop interactive elements and animations to foster an engaging user experience.

• • Collaborate effectively with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal project outcomes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU’LL NEED:

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• • Demonstrated expertise in building platforms with 3D, Metaverse functionality.

• • Extensive experience working with 3D graphics in browsers and web development technologies.

• • Proficiency in Nvidia Omniverse.

• • Strong understanding of best practices for optimizing 3D models for web experiences.

• • Proven ability to create high-quality materials, lighting, and animations.

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, for effective technical communication.

• • Demonstrated creativity, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
