We’re searching for a talented and driven Project manager with Scrum Master certification to join our client’s world-class team. You’ll play a key role in developing innovative solutions that break down barriers between businesses and governments.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Agile Expertise: At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
- Proven Leadership: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience and a knack for motivating and guiding teams to achieve challenging goals
- Communication Mastermind: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Team Catalyst: An ability to manage multiple tasks, remove roadblocks, and empower your team to self-organize and make informed decisions
- Agile Advocate: A passion for continuous improvement, promoting transparency within the team, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
- Organized & Meticulous: A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain well-organized project documentation
- Certified Master: A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Bonus points for experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Can work from London office 2 days per week
- Leading and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
- Working closely with the Product Owner and team to ensure clear understanding and delivery of product backlog items
- Coaching and mentoring the team on Agile principles and practices
- Collaborating with the Head of Delivery to refine the organization’s Agile process
- Managing stakeholder meetings and project deadlines
- Creating detailed End-of-Sprint Reports for progress tracking, issue identification, and release/project updates
- Following up on meeting actions and decisions, ensuring progress stays on schedule
- Supporting requirements gathering and preparing presentation materials for meetings
- Assisting with project strategies and implementation tasks
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU’LL NEED:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar field (bonus points!)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (a must-have!)
- At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Software development experience (programming, testing, deployment)
- A proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards high-quality results
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) with strong verbal communication skills
