We’re searching for a talented and driven Team Lead/Tech Lead to join our client’s world-class team. You’ll play a key role in developing innovative solutions that break down barriers between businesses and governments.

Our client builds cutting-edge software that fosters secure, decentralized collaboration. Their platform empowers companies with different systems to work together seamlessly, creating efficient and automated workflows.     

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Can work from London office 2 days per week
• Design, build, and maintain a modern, modular platform serving a global market
• Champion test and infrastructure automation for efficiency
• Partner with product managers and designers to craft user-centric solutions
• Guide, mentor, and lead your engineering team, fostering excellenc
• Ensure top-quality code delivery and contribute to technical strategy
• Cultivate best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement within the team

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A software development pro with 5+ years of experience, ideally with strong front-end skills and expertise in a server-side language like Java, C#, Golang, or C++
• A proven leader and mentor who can guide and motivate an engineering team
• An expert in AWS, Docker, and cloud-based solutions
• A master problem-solver with top-notch debugging skills
• A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, well-crafted software
• Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) with strong verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in the logistics industry
• Experience in the customs business
