PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Clearly and persuasively communicate our software development services, outsourcing solutions, and engineering expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of potential customers’ needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings
- Utilize exceptional soft skills and empathy to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Time) to ensure alignment with our solutions
- Regularly follow up and nurture prospects, providing valuable information and insights tailored to their requirements
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in typical office applications, including Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets, email clients, CRM systems, etc
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and German is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to connect with prospects on a personal level
- Basic knowledge of business communication etiquette and casual communication styles for emails and chatting
- Experience with typical office applications such as Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets, email clients, CRM systems, etc
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about software development and outsourcing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment
- A proactive mindset with a goal-oriented approach to lead generation
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
